Just realised i havnt uploaded in over 7 months :P
Was searching through my files looking for somthing and found this. Its the old AS2 version of GoreLand before it moved to my fancy class based AS3 Engine of sexiness

WSAD to move
Mouse to aim and shoot
R to reload
1,2,3 etc to change weapons

I am a budding flash game developer currently working on a linear side-scrolling action shooter roughly inspired by Cortex Command-- a bit like this fantastic Goreland game.
However, I have trouble writing my own script from scratch and after seeing your Goreland, thought that perhaps you could contribute some of the base Actionscript from the older AS2 version of the game.
I understand if you cannot do this due to the toil you put into it as your own creation, but please consider it.

Well, the game I'm making is pretty different. It has a bit more realism(As much as I love the RPC launcher..) and is much more linear.
I just wrote up a journal entry about my game-- you can see it on my home page to get a better idea of what I'm doing.
But though I don't know AS3 at all, if you really do need help, I could assist with the graphics and make objects.
